We build the website—and understand the work behind it.
Beyzick is a technology practice based at Alanya TEKMER in Türkiye. We develop websites, digital interfaces and software shaped around the people using them. Our work connects the public experience with the information and decisions behind it.
From client websites to operational software
A website rarely stands on its own. It depends on the content a business maintains, the questions its customers ask and the actions that happen after someone makes contact. Working across client websites and product interfaces helps us see those connections. We use that perspective to organize information, make journeys easier to follow and choose a technical structure that fits the work.
Beyties applies this approach to real estate. It began with agency workflows, connecting property information, client relationships and website publishing. Alanya Eiendom, Ogenus Property, Viktor Property and DinBolig use Beyties today. We are now building its next release for a wider audience: individuals, independent professionals, real estate agencies and construction businesses. That next release is coming soon and remains in development.

We begin with the audience, business goal, available content and constraints. Before choosing visual details, we clarify what the visitor needs to understand and which action matters. That gives the page structure a purpose. It also makes trade-offs easier to discuss: where custom behavior is useful, which content needs a stronger hierarchy and what the team will need to maintain after delivery.
Appropriate technology
Editing needs, integrations and operational constraints guide the tools. The implementation should remain understandable after launch.
Careful delivery
We review responsive behavior, keyboard access, performance, search metadata and analytics as parts of the complete experience.
Building and contributing
Beyties is developed by Beyzick. Alongside our own product work, Barış Kılınç contributes frontend development to Marsel, refining interfaces and user journeys for people creating with AI. These are different kinds of work, connected by the same focus on making information and interaction understandable.

Our technology-center location in Kestel gives local businesses a place to discuss website and software needs. We also collaborate remotely with the same direct communication and review process. Meetings are arranged in advance by email so we can prepare the relevant project context and make the conversation useful.
